Decision Pages 1 to 8

Pages 9 to 17

Developers Lyonshall, with Cork directors Claire Riordan and Kieran Coughlan, applied to build a three- and four-storey development on a site between Lough View Terrace and the Church of the Immaculate Conception. The local residents are objecting to the scale of the development and the perceived betrayal of the neighbourhood by the parish, which they have funded for years.
